Abstract

This paper, through investigation and analysis on some state-owned enterprises, discusses three problems existing in the present enterprise systems: how to deal with the relationship between the Communist Party committee and the board of directors; how to do with the relations between modern enterprise system and the Party's administration of the cadres; how to develop the Party organization in enterprises.
