Abstract
Taoist literature is a special academic concept with broad style and content,which is related to Taoist activities as well as Taoist ideas,spirit and faith.It reflects the various Taoist Cultures by way of variety of literary genres and the multi-way creation.As far as the historical development of Taoist literature was concerned,the process of its evolution is synchronous with the evolution of Chinese Taoist culture and traditional literature.Therefore,as a typical example for the combination of Taoism and literature,Taoist literature can exemplify both the spirit of Taoism and the arts of literature.
