Abstract
The vocational education in New Zealand has developed greatly since 1980's.With the efforts of the government,the reforms of vocational schools and the positive participations of all kinds of social training organizations,and especially after the introduction of market mechanism,the government of New Zealand describes a prospective with all the people technicalized.This article reflects and explores New Zealand's vocational education in several aspects such as its present situation,development,its characteristics and the government's expectations for the reference of our reform.
