Abstract
Study is done to urban planning and urban land use impacted by market economy system. Unbalanced urban land use structure, low efficient planning management are analyzed, and reasons to these in terms of plan formulation, land use and planning administration are also discussed. The author also put forward some relative counter-measures, among which include a mutual-interactive mechanism between urban planning and urban land use under the market economy.
