Abstract

After the cold-war,the Russian Communist Party has to face various domestic and international challenges and seek to survive and develop under the new circumstances.In practice,shetries to realize socialism by means of legal way in the parliament,which she had some experience and lessons taken.In theory,though she has different understanding of socialism from the former Soviet Union,Russian Communist Party is still lack of theory innovation and fails to put forward new polices and attract her voters.
