Abstract

In early period of October Revolution, while discussing whether to conclude a peace treaty with Germany, Lenin and Russian Communist Party (Bolshevik) objected to idle talk of the left communists by pointing out that they were divorced from reality and their dogmatism in applying revolutionary theories mechanically. Through ideological work and struggle, Party rectified ideological line and passed resolution of concluding peace treaty with Germany, thus consolidated Soviet political power and pushed Soviet socialism forward. In spring of 1921, Russian Communist Party (Bolshevik) stressed unity of Party and opposed to political factions, which enabled party to formulate and carry out new economic policy; Russian Communist Party (Bolshevik) emphasized that Party should represent masses' interest, which accelerated implementation of new economic policy. All these indicated that Russian Communist Party (Bolshevik) associated construction of Party with transmission of new economic policy.
