Abstract

Being regarded as the 'Best Scripture' and the 'Fountainhead of Great Way',The Book of Changes is a best-known ancient work in the history of Chinese civilization,It is profound in meaning and extensive in influence.It contains a rich collection of ideologies.The ideology of harmony in this book includes the idea of integral harmony reflected in the notion of 'the balance of yin-yang leading to the way',the ideology of 'supreme harmony',and 'harmony without deflection',harmony of mind and body known as 'constantly strive to become stonger' and 'retiracy without depression'.All of these ideas of harmony will definitely offer helpful instruction to true life in the society and enrich people's life.
