Abstract

Firm network is an inter-organization form,which differs with market and firm.The appearance of firm network is a result of pursuing efficiency among firms,and a challenge to the dichotomy on firm and market of modern firm theories.To that,theory operators begin to disucss the new organization form from different angle of view,and put forward some questions,for example,what's the firm network and existent value,how big it's efficiency boundary,and so on.This paper will briefly depict the research actuality about these question noticed by academe.
