Firm Network and the Firm Boundary Theory

Abstract
After reviewing the theory of firm boundary,we abstracted the concept of firm network in the economics terms from management theory.On this fundament,we reclassified the firm into tow kinds and analyzed their boundaries,furthermore,we given the economics' meaning of them,and we hope that this paper can prove a new view of the relationship of firm and the market.
