The Effect of Plant Growth Behavior on ex situ Conservation of Pasture Germplasm Resources

Abstract
An overview was made of the principle of pasture introduction,distribution and disposition,and of requirements for introduction and planting as well as conservation of pasture germplasm resources under natural condition.The main reasons for the failure in ex situ conservation of the pasture germplasm resources were analysed.Some suggestions for special attention and solution in the course of collection and conservation of the resources were put forward,which provides technical support for the collection,conservation,development and utilization of the pasture germplasm resources.
