Abstract
The poem Mistake has been just like a riddle since it was created.Consequently,the readers and critics have made a variety of analysis and remarks on it.This thesis focuses on the two aspects of the creation of writer and the acceptance of reader respectively,with the purpose of finding out how the multi-meaning character in the poem has come into being.
