Study of Development Strategy and Strategy of Family Medical System in Shanghai City According to Community Health Management

Objective To further understand the wishes and cognization of family medical system in Shanghai city,and deeply analysis factors and status of family medical system in Shanghai city resident,and bring up the policy suggestion for Shanghai city medicine reform.Methods With random sample and whole sample and layering sample,2082 sample(86.75%) were taken from Xuhui district and Minhang district and Jinshan district.Results ①The status of community head diagnosis in Shanghai city resident were that 65.4% outpatient of head diagnosis choose the community hospital and 20.8% choose the third class hospital,the hospitalization is 57.4% for the head choose the community hospital and 27.8% the head choose the third class hospital.②Analysis of factors of community head diagnosis in Shanghai city resident: the reason of choosing community hospital for head diagnosis were price cheapness and convenience traffic in outpatient,and price cheapness and service attitude.③The resident have higher need in health management and family care.④The resident have bad cognization in family medical system in Shanghai city.Conclusion The status of family medical system development in Shanghai city resident is better.This is important to establish policy and guarantee family doctor system realizes in Shanghai City.Community health management is also an urgent matter of the moment.
