Discussion perioperation nursing of embolization therapy intraanial aneurysm

Objective:To explore the observation and care with application of detachable endovascular coil embolization in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms in patients with preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative.Methods:10 cases of intervention in the treatment of cerebral aneurysms in patients with good preoperative care, surgery with postoperative care and observation of the condition and care.Results:After careful operate,close observation and care,10 cases of post-operative care of patients with no complications, were cared and discharged.Conclusion:The use of guglielmi detachable coil embolization endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms with more traditional neurosurgical craniotomy, with less trauma and fewer complications, fast recovery characteristics.Careful,meticulous observation and care are very important.
