Abstract

ORDBMS Oracle9i provides a new SQL(Spatial Query Language),the spatial data model,the standardization of spatial connection and the set of spatial manipulation.In this paper,the weaknesses of GIS implemental technique are pointed out.Oracle 9i can solve some problems,such as saving spatial data effectively,intensiveness,community,carrying out long affair quickly by cluster technique,achieving spatial-time analyse by the technique of database warehouse and data mining.
