Abstract

The design and implementation of a management system for supervision of urban planning based on oracle spatial are introduced in connection with a practical project.The system structure design and sys- tem function division,and key technology in the realization including storage model of spatial data and method of using OO4O to access Oracle Spatial database in Visual Basic are discussed.
