Abstract
Objective:To determine of hesperidin in pericarpium citri reticulatae from the different producing area to estimate the quality of Pericarpium Citri Rcti culatae. Methods: The HPLC was adopted, the separation was performed on a Kromasil C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),methanol-acetic acid-water(35∶4∶61) was used as the mobile phase, the detective wavelength was at 283 nm,the flow rate was at 1.0 mL·min~(-1),and the column temperature was at room temperature. Results: The hesperidin showed a good linearity at the range of 0.4~3.6 μg,r=(0.999 8,) the average recovery was 99.28%,RSD=1.09%(n=6).The contents of hesperidin in the samples collected from different producing area were varied. Conclusion: The method can be used to estimate the quality of pericarpium citri reticulatae.
