Abstract

The construction of academic atmosphere deserves deep concern for its impact on the intellectual quality nurtured in universities and colleges. However,it is now facing new problems and difficulties due to various causes. Therefore,this paper is devoted to constructing a systematic and effective academic atmosphere by fully implementing different duties and functions of various departments,so as to realize a dimensional construction of academic atmosphere.
