The Construction of Academic Atmosphere in Medical Colleges

The construction of academic atmosphere is one of the important aspects in the set-up of school discipline.It has a direct influence on students' cultural and moral quality.Emphasizing the importance of the development of academic atmosphere in medical colleges,the present paper analyzed the current dissatisfying situation about the construction of academic atmosphere,and put forward the following four countermeasures: to promote academic atmosphere through management,to build up learning atmosphere with teaching atmosphere,to cultivate academic atmosphere by self-discipline,to enrich academic atmosphere with environment.
