Abstract
Twenty rapeseed cultivars(Brassica napus L.) were taken as experimental materials at germination stage.Different mass concentrations of PEG-6000 were chosen to produce different drought. The root length, shoot length, total length,root/shoot ratio, root fresh mass, shoot fresh mass, total fresh mass, root dry mass, shoot dry mass and total dry mass were measured in simulated drought stress.200 g/L PEG-6000 was the optimum concentration used to produce drought stress according to the ten morphological indexes at early growing stage.
