Abstract

Research on the 10 different varieties of Brassica napus L.during seed germination of seed germination drought resistance index,the relative germination rate,radicle/plumule ratio,root volume and other indicators of effective practical growth index,using principal component analysis method to identify and screening and with screening for use of the index based on membership function value method to varieties tested the sort of drought resistance.Initially proposed to seed germination drought resistance index,the relative germination rate,root length stress index,plant height stress index and relative root volume for major drought resistance index,the relative sprout potential,relative cotyledon water content index and relative root length-height ratio for the secondary drought resistance identification index,the relative radicle/plumule ratio and dry matter stress index for reference index level 3 drought resistance evaluation index system.
