Abstract
For the traffic jams under the temporary traffic-control measures in small and medium-sized city, microscopic traffic simulation software TransModeler is applied for establishing regional network under the traffic congestion.Dynamic model of traffic organization means is used to realize total amount control of regional traffic congestion, and balance traffic pressure of network. And dynamic optimization of traffic congestion of the downtown area in Qujing city is took for example,it is through simulation results of optimizing organization before and after to evaluate traffic flow of each of road traffic congestion. It proves that flow adjustment methods can ease the regional traffic congestion and it has certain scientific effectiveness.
