Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of suspended intraocular lens(IOL) implantation after vitrectomy. Methods 32 cases were implanted suspended IOL under irrigation into vitreous cavity.We didn' t used the vestigial posterior lens capsule.The centre of IOL corresponded to the cornea centre.The tension of the suture line was appropriate. Results The operation of all cases was successful.The position of IOL was normal.10 patients among 32 cases happened intraocular hypotension.3 cases happened vitreous hemorrhage.2 cases happened choroid detachment.And one case happened retina detachment.All cases was cured at last.The vision of 32 case raised. Conclusion The implantation of suspended IOL were safe and effective ways after vitrectomy.We used some skills during the operation.And the treatment after operation was important.
