Abstract
To study the expression and correlation of Bcl-2, ER and PR in endometrial hyperplasia in perimenopausal women. Methods: The expressions of Bcl-2, ER and PR in endometrial cells were detected with an immunohistochemical method. Results: There were no significantly statistical differences of Bcl-2, ER and PR levels between endometrial hyperplasia and proliferative phase endometrium. The levels of Bcl-2, ER and PR in simple hyperplasia were higher than those in complex hyperplasia, and were lowest in atypical hyperplasia (P0.01). Conclusion: When the degree of endometrial hyperplasia elevates, the levels of Bcl-2, ER and PR decline. It is an important indicator for monitoring pathologic changes.
