Abstract
A method of synthesizing nbutyl acetate catalyzed by aluminum chloride crystal(AlCl3·6H2O) has been studied.AlCl3·6H2O is found as a catalyst nonpolluting and highactive. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows:molar ratio of acetic acid to nbutanol is 0.7,the catalyst is 0.6 g,the reaction time is 2.0 h,the yield of nbutyl acetate is about 98.6% when acetic acid is 0.2 mol.The reuse of the catalyst is investigated.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
