A discussion on Chinese style management in the 21st century

With the aim of development of socialist market economy,an innovation of the theories and practices with Chinese style management was needed in 21st century.From the national condition and reality of China,the paper discussed on the management innovation and development in China from the aspects of ideas,natures,approaches,internal motivation and rules of Chinese style management by inheriting Chinese traditional culture and absorbing foreign advanced management theories and methods.
