Abstract

It is an objective existence of historical fact and eloquent proof and authoritative historical conclusion. Accordingly, fallacy of give prominence to En-lai, and neglect to Liu Shao-qi and Zhu De cannot be supported, so can fallacy of the chief assistant and the of Mao and Zhou. theory of The chief Assistant stresses on historical site of En-lai, but theory of The System of Mao and Zhou focuses on relation between Mao and Zhou, which reveals essential character and attribute of first generation of from system of leadership and function mechanism and provides a new insight for historical site of En-lai.
