Abstract
In this paper the problems existed in supervision work are analyzed, which contain the low quality of supervisors and negligence for supervision. At the same time the responsibility of supervisors and the importance of this work are discussed to ensure the supervision cost and perfect supervision system to enhance supervision quality.
