Abstract
The paper mainly illustrates how to grasp the supervision steps,how to undertake the quality supervision at construction stage,and some precautions in supervision works in the project supervision,so as to avoid the messes in the supervision work and the its hindrance in the development of B part,so as to obtain better project supervision effects.
