Arguing on the organic system of prevention and handling the college students' injury accidents

Abstract

The college students' injury accident is not only an important problem on the higher education field,but also a difficult question to be solved by the educational law scholar.It is relative to our rule of educational law to prevent and handle the injury accident.The article gave my own views about setting up the preventing and handling organic system from three sides: lawmaking,carrying out law and judicial system.
