Research on the Imputation Principle of College Students' Injury Accidents

With the rapid development of higher education in our country,the population of college students is increasing substantially and college students' injury accidents are also showing agrowing trend.How to handle injury disputes of college students has become a hot social concern.Determining the legal relationship between colleges and students and the constitutive elements of colleges' responsibility in injury accidents is the key to solve the problem.In this paper,it is stated that we should not be against the principle of fault liability,but adopt the principle of fault presumption of fault because it is more advantageous to make clear the responsibility distribution in college students' injury accidents and protect the legitimate interests of both colleges and students.
