Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between the comprehensive physical therapy and knee osteoarthritis recurrence. Methods 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group with 60 cases and the treatment group with 60 cases.Control group was offered FM treatment, while the treatment group was offered comprehensive physical therapy therapy that combines exercise terapy with massage therapy. The treatment efficacies of the two groups were compared and the follow-up visits to the two groups were paid 3 months later and 12 months later, and the recurrence rate was compared. Results The efficacy difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.01).The knee pain relspse rate of both groups was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive physical therapy treatment of knee osteoarthritis, increases efficacy,at the same time reduces the short and long term recurrence rate, and is worthy of clinical application.
