Clinical Observation of the Therapeutic Effect of Sling Exercise Therapy Combined with Physical Therapy in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of sling exercise therapy combined with physical therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:78 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a suspension group,a physical therapy group and a comprehensive therapy group,26 cases in each group.The suspension group were treated with the sling exercise therapy,the physical therapy group were treated by microwave and interfering electricity,and the combined group were treated with above three methods.The 3 groups were 1 times a day,5 times a week,20 times as 1 course.The curative effects of the patients were evaluated with HSS before treatment and after the first treatment course.Results:After treatment,knee joint function of patients in the 3 groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,the difference being statistically significant(P 0.05);the HSS score of the comprehensive therapy group was better than those of the suspension group and the physical therapy group,the difference being statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion:The sling exercise therapy combined with the physical therapy has significantly clinical effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
