There are many problems in the staff construction of teaching secretaries in colleges and universities,such as the instability of staff,lack of education and training of professional knowledge,aging of knowledge,and insufficiency of innovation capability.The staff construction of teaching secretaries in colleges and universities have not been given due attention,such as heavy task at work,low pay,poor training and further study and few learning opportunities and leading officials′ inadequate understanding of the importance of education and scientific management.These subjective and objective factors give rise to these problems.The people-oriented management should be strengthened and the initiative of teaching secretaries be mobilized.Also,teaching secretaries may improve their personal qualities,and set the concept of lifelong learning.
