The intestinal mucosal immunity barrier which is beneficial for body health has arisen more and more people's concerns. This system not only has run-of-mill barrier effect,but also takes part in the process of humoral immunity and cellular immunity,which plays an important role in the regulation of microenvironment of gut. With the thorough research,the new strategies for restoring and maintaining human health might be provided. The paper described the regulatory mechanism of intestinal mucosal immunity,the effects of the intestinal microflora and nutrients on the function of intestinal mucosal barrier and the harm of intestinal barrier damage to body health.
