Abstract
With the popularity of electronic medical records,medical record quality control has been extended from the terminal quality control to real-time quality control,and some quality control also can realize automation,so the effectiveness increases greatly,and at the same time the quality control is changed from the original quality control of medical record main page and other contents to the comprehensive control,including medical record main page,single diseases,application of antibacterial drugs and medical record writing quality,at the same time,the communication between the quality control personnel and the physician is more convenient through quality control system.
