Electronic medical record based on online quality control engine

In the course of medical informationization development,the clinical diagnosis and treatment informationization centering on electronic medical record becomes the key point of construction of digital hospitals.The electronic medical record also need more combining with medical records function while digitizing and structuring the case record;however, the case record and quality control management realized by current electronic medical record are mostly confined to the original third quality control mechanism,which exists a certain of hysteresis and problems left over by error.Therefore, this paper discusses how to better make the case record combine and mix with the quality control management in order to make the quality control management permeate into the whole life cycle generated from medical record documents, raise the accuracy and timeliness of electronic medical record system,ensure the data access of standard electronic medical record documents with the purpose of settling a good data foundation for the scientific research and analysis of clinical medical record data at late stage,really raising the useful value of the electronic medical record.
