Abstract
In this paper the reagent 1-(4-p-nitrophenyl)-3-(4-Hydroxyl-6-methyl-pyrimidine)-Triazene(NPHMPDT)has been synthesized according literature.And the color reaction with zinc hase been studied.In the presence of the surface active agent OP and in the medium Na2B4O7-NaOH buffer solution(pH=10.0),zinc reacts with the reagents to form a complex with the molar ratio of 1:4.The molar apparent absorptivity is 2.34×105L·mol-1·cm-1 by dual-wavelength of 460nm and determination wavelength of 540nm.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~480μg/L Zn(Ⅱ).The method has been applied to the direct determination of zinc in human hair with satisfactory results.
