Abstract

With the request of people for health,people have paid attention to them because of natural preservatives characteristic.Natural preservatives are from three kind plant,animals, microorganism. This article introduces the antimicrobial mechanism and application of animal natural preservatives in food and other facts,and introduces the develop current of natural preservatives.It helps people know them further and apply in reason.
