Study on Development of Harbin Reverse Logistics based on SWOT

With the growing consciousness of the government and customers in environmental protection, reverse logistics were paid more attention; at present, abiding by the idea of circulation economy, project aiming to make the resource circulation in city is the top topic in all levels of government in China. With SWOT analytic method, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of developing reverse logistics industry in Harbin. Furthermore, gives some advices for reverse logistics' development in Harbin.
