Abstract

Objective:To Cloning IGF-1gene which contained not only mature but also signal peptide coded sequence as fundament for study the trans IGF-1gene.Methods:Amˉplified mature and signal peptide coded sequence of IGF-1gene respectively.Connected these two DNA fragments together by PCR and inserted the newly formed360bp DNA fragment into plasmid pGEM-Teasy.Results:The recombinant plasmid contained an exogenous DNA fragˉment of360bp encoding IGF-1signal and mature peptide. Conclusion:The expression of IGF-1gene and a more simple and economic competitive PCR assay for already cloned gene is put forward.
