Abstract
To tackle the problem in the course of super precise lapping and polishing,the expert system to direct the operation of(super) precising lapping and polishing is designed.It can give out the parameters of super precising lapping and polishing by use of the experience database,according to the importing parameters,which are the name of material,the property of material and the(request) precision.Furthermore,the system has better state supervising ability,and the process of super precise lapping and(polishing) can be controlled automatically.
