Landscape application and evaluation on wxploitation value of wild ornamental plant resources in Hebei Motian Mountain

Based on the investigation on the wild ornamental plants in Hebei Motian Mountain,the paper used the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process to evaluate the exploitation and utilization value of wild ornamental plant resources from the aspects of the ornamental value,the exploitation and application potential and ecological characteristics.The evaluation result showed that 72 species of wild ornamental plants were selected,and due to their landscape ornamental characters and application forms,6 species were worthy of introduction in the landscape application,which are Elaeagnus umbellate,Viburnum hupehense,Leptodermis oblonga,Pennisetum alopecuroides,Leontopodium leontopodioides and Clematis kirilowii.Thus,some advice on protection and ordered exploitation of plant resources was given in this area.
