Clinical efficacy and safety analysis of warfarin treatment for non-valvular atrial fibrillation

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety analysis of warfarin for non-valvular atrial fibrillation. Methods 80 cases were selected and divided into two groups,each group of 40 cases,the observation group patients were used warfarin treated,the control group patients were used aspirin treated,then the echocardiography findings and occurrence of ischemic stroke,systemic embolism,bleeding situation after treatment were compared. Results The observation group with left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than control group(P0.05),the ischemic stroke,systemic embolism,major bleeding were lower than control group(P0.05). Conclusion Warfarin can prevent stroke,blood clots and bleeding proportion of older non-valvular atrial fibrillation,and it can improve cardiac ejection fraction.
