Abstract
The natural frequency and vibration characteristics of gear have great influence on reliablity and service performance of reducer.Based on APDL language actualizes parametric modeling and parametric modal analysis for helical gear.Get low order natural frequencies and natural mode of vibration,provides basis to avoid resonance.According to practical application,study the influence of modulus,number of teeth,gear wide and spiral angle and so on to helical gear natural frequency,and use example to verify it.It provides theoretical basis to choose the helical gear and dynamic response analysis.
