Expressing the National Culture by Modern Design,Discussion about the Traditional Folk Art and Modern Packing Design Creation

The folk art is an art form loved by the Chinese folk.The author focuses on the graphics,colors,shapes and materials in the packing design and elaborates the creative value of the folk art on modern packing design by analyzing the symbolism,implication and decorative characteristics in folk art.This paper tries to provide the original creative elements and design ideas for packing design that enrich the humanitarian intensions with form of expression in traditional folk art.
