Abstract
The paper analyzes the relationship between folk art modeling and modern design.Modern design works with national and modern features should be based on local culture and draw the essence of folk art.As the origin of traditional Chinese culture,folk art influences modern design in shape,meaning,charm and modeling methods and creative ideas.
