The paper regards that under the terms of socialist market economic system, allocation according to factors is a phenomenon that reflects our society, while allocation according to labor is an innate character concealed in this phenomenon. The style of allocation according to factors is the basic characteristic of our socialist market economic society and is inevitably requested by the society. Morever, in the process of distribution according to factors, there exists no exploitation of man by man. Allocation according to labor and allocation according to factors are logically consistent with the theory of Marxist labor value.
