Abstract

It's wrong to think of allocation according to production elements and Marx's theory of labor value mutually exclusive.Marx scientifically distinguished allocation according to production elements itself from capitalist's allocation system.He analyzed and expounded that living labor was the only source of value,and the capitalists,taking advantage of the production elements they occupied,carved up surplus vEilue,thus exploitation came into being.Meanwhile,Marx also analyzed and expounded the necessity and reasonableness of allocation according to production elements.As a means of realizing the economic profits of property right and an important principle of market economy,this form of allocation can be applied to both capitalist and socialist society.
