Abstract
The basalt fiber has more superior characteristic comparing with other fiber materials.The development and features of basalt fiber were introduced in this paper.The mechanics properties,durability and high temperature resistant of basalt fiber reinforced concrete were emphasized from many aspects.And the application of this concrete was also present.In the end,the research prospect of high performance concrete reinforced by basalt fiber was put forward in order to solve more civil engineering problems.
