A Discussion on the System Reform of Professional Sports Clubs in China

Abstract

By using literature reviews , investigations , interviews with experts and comparison, the authors try to analyze the main problems existed in the system of professional sports clubs in China at present,and put forward relevant reform measures to make the clubs become genuine corporations where politics and business are separate, property right is clearly divided,power,duty and benefit are distinct,and management is scientific and tallies with the present-day corporation managing systems.
